|How to buy at less than Market Price?|

Properties given on lease to Banks, Financial Institutions or Multi National Corporations are generally preferred by such investors. Apart from getting regular returns in terms of rent, these investors also benefit from the rise in the value of the property. However, the returns here are much lower and expected to be 6-8%.|
|Investors who intend to get into development but do not possess land prefer Joint Venture options. Here, the land belongs to the land owner and he issues development rights to the investor in return to a minimum investment and a portion of the constructed area to be constructed by the investor.|
